I wanted a simple one-click sim-to-sim teleporter so I wrote my own.
Modifiable script - just put in up to 4 different landmarks and place names into the script.
Comes packaged in a simple object - just move the script to your own object if required.
Script is mod/copy so you can have as many teleporters as you wish.
One click opens dialog box with your 4 locations - click the one you want and you are teleported directly.

Just what I was looking for!
So not all the time we want obvious looking teleporters. So love the fact you can edit the script and place it into ANY object to use. It does not have to be a 2way teleport either (optional in editing the script).

I wanted a link between various SL "home bases" and a way to get to my most-frequented locations without going through my inventory or the map. This teleporter was dead simple to set up and customize and works like a charm. My primary SL residence now functions like more of a hub, which is a much smoother experience than opening the map or the inventory to travel. Highly recommend.

works very well; I needed it for only one destination, there might be a way to modify the script to get it to show only one destination but I didn't find out how (yet), so I simply repeated the same 4 times, and placed the modified script into my own object, works every time

Yes, it's really easy. And if you do something wrong nothing happens (except it doesn't work), cause everything's copyfiable.
It took me... hm... 10 minutes perhaps. Now... I hop from sim to sim.
