An old rowboat with old weathered wood textures with dead leaves on floor and seats. It is scripted to give a smooth ride.

2 LI version with 2 sits (including driver)
3 LI version with 3 sits (including driver)

Equipped with optional cruise control and 4 speeds.

The rowing feature includes animations for turning left and right, and an oar giver.

Boat defaults to owner security but other options include everyone, group or whitelist
