If you play Tiny Empires 3000, you need allies. Allies increase your productivity, augment your colonists, and protect you from sabotage. (The really nice ones can even send you gifts.)
Tot-Ally 3000 helps you gain allies by matching you with like-minded players who are also looking for allies.
Previous approaches to alliance boards were limited to a fixed location. If you didn't visit there, you missed out.
