We've been working on scripts mostly. Quality for our customers is most important. Allthough scripts are never perfect, we tend to make it near-to-perfect. If anything is wrong or can be improved, the person that makes the suggestion is given an improved version of the purchased item as a reward.

If you report a failure in a scripted item or a good suggestion for a improvement of a purchased item, you will be rewarded with a free improved item.
