You must touch the blue button on screen which is hidden partially behind the steering wheel.
For the game to load. works fine.

Sit on the seat and click the screen, the dashboard hides a bit the button to start the game on screen, but it's right at the bottom.

I love but wish...
The screen was fullbright. It's strange it's not. other than that, great and I'd recommend it. Just know the actual screen you play on is not fullbright and can look off when the rest of the cabinet is lit-up.
