This script send to owner messages, any time some avatar is near to the holder prim.
Also if the owner stay in a diferent sim.

Bad device
This system will notify you when no visitors are detected. Once someone arrives, it will confirm their presence if they land close enough. However, you will receive notifications at intervals of less than five minutes, regardless of visitor activity. If this frequent alert system meets your requirements, then it is the right choice for you.
Pesty Device
If you want to be annoyed every 10 seconds with a msg in local this is for you. For me ... not happy! I just wanted one time msg saying this person dropped by.
