All Sn@tch clothing comes in fatpacks only. I do not break up sets or sell colors individually. For the price of what most stores charge for one item, you get all the colors included. Gift cards and gift boxes and bags are available at the kiosk inside the main store.

PERMISSIONS/RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY-

All Sn@tch clothing and accessories are Mod/Trans/No Copy. Mod/Copy/No Trans available by in-world request only. WE DO NOT exchange or refund for any reason except the following:

In the case of an accidental double purchase, send a notecard with both transactions and return one item and you will be refunded. Because all items are transferable, we do not replace lost inventory.

If you make a purchase and do not receive it, please contact Ivey Deschanel by notecard within 24 hours with the full transaction information from your Transaction history. It will be resent if payment has been received.

Abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
