This Boat House has two entrances, one via the water from the boat dock and the other through land if you which to position the back of the house at the edge of land.
This Boat House is a two bedroom cottage-style house with a covered boat dock. It has another room on the ground floor which can be turned into a guest bedroom or a recreation room. The kitchen, living and dining area is one big open plan. There is even a bathroom upstairs.
The verandah is large enough for a small party or an outdoor lounging area.
The Blue Cottage Boat House is 97 land impact with a base area of 18x30. It comes with a rezzer for easy positioning.
Please make a copy if you decide to modify the house.

Very good creation
Very nice boat house. Fully modifiable Pity that it is the old constructions of prims and the amount that it has is important for a plot of 512 sqm. I managed to reduce it a little. Well deserved 5 stars to such a cute creation. Incredible the number of rooms you have.
