This set is HUGE.
It comes full permission with a standard commercial and personal license.
NO attrition with any item in this set.
(meaning : No names need to be left in the desc. field as some of our items require - this is just to follow the law/rules/LL TOS as well as our vendors and 3rd party creators/helpers)

This is very low land impact, and was not cheaply uploaded (not highest only).
It has both NORMAL BASICS + NORMAL w Roughness embedded, multiple diffuse maps, & Alpha Specs for each set of items. Multiple sets in this kit with several pre-fab scenes to give the buyer ideas on what they can do with this mega set.

Each viewer is different, and personal settings will play a major factor on how these items look. Adjust gloss, reflect, and/or change out maps fittingly that best work with your primary viewer.

Item will not be sold individually and only going to sell a very limited number of these, as we do not want 100's of copies of this floating around SL.

Buyer CAN use the kit to construct OTHER KITS and sets and re-sell them, But NOT as the entire kit, and not with at least modding the maps / creating a cool scene with these items. But the kits should remain only copy/mod/NO Transfer.

So this kit can be used for personal use in creating a cool 2023 post-apo or urban slums ghetto scene city town or such, or used by a designer to create scenes with for photography and/or reselling, but as stated above - the entire kit can not be be re-sold, and sets can not be re-sold without making a scene & modding the creations.

It is all mesh. A Non-textured MID-POLY version ( very high UL cost & Land Impact version ) is available to anyone who buys this, who may just want a few of the items, but want them in a higher poly & draw distance purpose. Just message or NC us and we will send the 800+ Li version.

The items can be viewed in Anath in Nautilus Islands 166M in the air on a platform, We want the buyer to know what they are buying and not have unreal expectations. Some items look low poly, and some do not at all as we took a lot of time making the maps and variations of the maps.
