Since the mesh is full perm you can use it on your creations. It means you can edit it, change textures etc.

To make youself as a creator just link it to any object or linkset where you are the creator of the root prim.

Although the building block is full perm you are not allowed to sell it "as is", give away or sell on any full perm object.
