The Pikku Bot Communications Prim.

One menu only controllable by the owner or assigned managers.
Owner Menu:
- Group Inviter (Let the Bot Invite people to your group)

- Greeter (Let the Bot say a welcome message to your visitors)

- Group Notice sender (The Bot can send your notice to 42 groups at the same time)

- Group IM Advertiser ( The Bot sends your advertisement to max 42 groups at once)

Everything is configurable via the commands notecard inside the prim,
