RE Small Manor Building - Rustic Church - School/Western

This is a Western Small Town Church, with a porch and curved roof in front. It has brown plank wood on the outside, with panel windows in front and lap wood with wainscot on the inside. It’s raised off the ground, with a stone foundation. There are also arched windows along both sides & steeple on top.

It features custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. It also uses several custom sculpts, to give a more detailed look, but keep it low prim over all (see pics).

It has a 20 x 12 footprint, including the front porch and the main part is 16 x 12.

Handy for any Old West, Victorian & Western town, could also be used in country or forest setting.
