This item is a sky globe provided with weather effects for rain and snow in sizes of diameters of 32 meters, 44 meters, 50 meters, 64 meters, 70 meters, and 100 meters.
It comes pre-loaded with 21 different textures for you to choose from a menu that appears on touch. Touch the globe, and you are provided with a selection of 21 different choices. Also provided in the menu is an option to simulate the appearance of movement by clouds, stars and other celestial bodies by slow rotation of the globe. Click "Spin/Stop" on the menu to switch between rotation and no rotation of the globe.
Also provided are options for rain and snow. To stop the rain after it has started, select rain again. Alternatively, select snow and the rain will stop and it will begin snowing. Select snow again to stop the snow after it has started snowing.
The item is programmable. To program it, edit the item and select the content tab and open your inventory. Under content, drag whatever textures you wish to use from your inventory into the content of the item. Rename each texture to a short descriptive name (the name can only be a maximum of 24 characters). Thereafter select edit linked parts and click on the globe and repeat the foregoing step. Be sure to keep the names for the textures the same.
The Weatherglobe may be set such that only the owner may operate it or anyone may operate it. By default it is set for anyone to operate it. To set it so that only the owner may operate it, edit the item, click the content tab, and edit the notecard entitled "Application.Config" under the content tab. In the notecard you will see the line "anyone = yes". Change yes to no and save the notecard and the switcher thereafter will only allow the owner to operate it. It may be switched back at anytime by changing yes to no in the foregoing line of the notecard.

Sizes of 64 meters and below are normal prims and may be resized as you like. The 70 and 100 meter sizes are megaprims and will shrink to 64 meters if attempts are made to resize them.

Im sorry, but cannot give 5 stars, 3 will be enough. Hope this globe will get an update on High pixel textures in the future.
