Really well made boat house with great dock decor as well.
Mega realistic textures and awesome atmosphere!
A must have 8)

Seriously great boathouse

I keep coming back to this store, and this is the reason why. I've been putting out rental houses for more than 13 years in our gulf-coast themed estate, and out of the numerous boathouses I've purchased this one is, by far, the best ever. Anything I say in praise of it is an understatement. Richly and realistically detailed, easy to work with, and a fun living space for our residents!
