I have one of the peer module kits in addition to this and everything is so well done its incredible. The textures and the lighting are second to no one. People complement me on our sim connected to the North Sea all the time and i just tell them it wasn't me, and refer them to this creators builds.

Great building for my little harbor were space is valuable ... nice house with good sight over the water from above ....and really great builds. Love them and wish i had more space .... but never know in the future :-) Keep up the good work AustinLiam! And well new years sale ! so don't wait to long .
