Americana Cottage is a charming mesh home which would fit as well in a rural setting as in a suburban one. The footprint is 30 wide x 32 deep and it is about 177 prims depending on if you use the default size.

The front porch area is brick in a herringbone pattern and is spacious enough for your outdoor furniture. Four white columns detailed with scroll capitals support the shingle roof. Windows and doors have a lovely sunray pattern adorning the arches above.

Inside the double doors is a small entrance or foyer with room enough for some fun décor. The living room is large and has a lovely bay window. The floors are done in a birch hardwood and overhead are contrasting beams of walnut.
