If you dare take over this old office, you'll note old tires & pallets within (your teleport system), a huge ventilation fan, and perhaps a door that falls off of it's hinges when you open it.
Do you trust the ladder well enough to access the roof?!? You can move in to this rustic, spacious office today! Best part is, you can see out but they can't see in!
It's a perfect addition for any commercial or industrial area and great for role play.
