See the sealife under your feet through the glass floor of this spectacular house. It sits on a rock plateau with palm trees and tropical flowers. On top it has a huge terrace with a glass pyramid in the middle that lights up the gallery below.
All you see on the pictures is included. There is also an additional version of this building in the packet, that comes with the beach (155 Li).
A combination of mesh and standard prims makes the low prim count possible.

Luxurious!!
It is a wonderful beach home, not just for beach use but for any other terrain, the amazing floors, the quality staircase. The top floor it's open for a endless imagination, for the people that likes to decorate from top to bottom!! I give this house a top *************...... stars, another wonderful home Mr. Shepherd!!
outstanding in every way
I'm told I was the first to buy this house. I'm more than pleased. It's unusual and different. Rezzed easily and well detailed. What I really wanted to mention is that the creator (Felixx) contacted me and asked me if I was pleased. I explained I was attempting to rez it (rez boxes always confuse me) and he came out to the property to make sure I was doing it correctly. That kind of service doesn't happen often enough in SL. Accolades to Felixx Shepherd. I've bought other items from his store and have never been disappointed...and neither will you no matter what you select.
