Postmaster is perfect for sending product updates and other important items and messages. It makes sure that recipients get your mail when they are online, rather than it being lost or ignored in a pile of offline mail.
Postmaster ensures that important mail items are never lost to capped delivery by checking each avatar's online status before sending. If they are online, mail will be delivered. If not, their name will be stored to the retry list. Postmaster will keep checking the list at regular intervals, and send to anyone who is online. It will keep doing this until the entire list has been sent, or until you stop it.
At any time you can pause the retry operation and:
♦ See the list of names already sent
♦ See the names still in retry queue
♦ Get a list of the names and UUID keys of the retry list
♦ Change the retry time frequency
♦ Order an instant online check and send
♦ Change the message and/or item to be sent
♦ Send mail to all the remaining names on the retry list, whether they are online or not.

Great time saver for serious merchants
I was trying to figure out how to send a product update to all my customers who bought a particular product from my store. It would be a mammoth task and I probably would not have started it at all, if not for the PostMaster and knowing that my product would be received and not capped due to offline delivery. Now I have sent out updates for many of my products, increasing customer satisfaction! best of all PostMaster has many options for configuration. Zanara was also very helpful !

This is terrific! A must have for serious merchants!
I have a subscriber thing, but when I heard from a friend about Zanara's Postmaster, I decided that it could really boost my ability to reach my customer list. It was easy to download and paste the names into notecards and use the Postmaster instead. Why bother? Because Postmaster does not send until the person is online! And gives me stats about how many have actually received it and how many it is still trying to catch online. Plus it tells who is no longer in the database.

Consider this... you have a mail list of 2500 subscribers with one of those other subscription systems. (I was paying L$2990 a month and about to change to the L$6000 a month price).
Of that mail list, when I used Zanara's Postmaster, 13% were online at the time the message was sent. So per 2500 users, you can reasonably expect to only send a message to 325 recipients. The remainder *might* get the message but you can be sure that a huge proportion will be lost due to capping.
Happy about that? Sure you want to continue to pay for those subscription systems with such a low success rate with no ability to quantify success?
Not hard is it? One month subscription to a service that fails to reach customers versus a product that provides for reliable delivery at 2/3rds the cost bought outright.
