Postmaster is perfect for sending product updates and other important items and messages. It makes sure that recipients get your mail when they are online, rather than it being lost or ignored in a pile of offline mail.
Postmaster ensures that important mail items are never lost to capped delivery by checking each avatar's online status before sending. If they are online, mail will be delivered. If not, their name will be stored to the retry list. Postmaster will keep checking the list at regular intervals, and send to anyone who is online. It will keep doing this until the entire list has been sent, or until you stop it.
At any time you can pause the retry operation and:
♦ See the list of names already sent
♦ See the names still in retry queue
♦ Get a list of the names and UUID keys of the retry list
♦ Change the retry time frequency
♦ Order an instant online check and send
♦ Change the message and/or item to be sent
♦ Send mail to all the remaining names on the retry list, whether they are online or not.

Works great, glad I made the purchase.
I looked at several delivery services for my store (since I no longer had an in-world store I couldn't use Suscribe-O anymore.) The Postmaster was the best solution I demo'd. I can easily update my mailing list via the notecard, find out when people receive their items, and make sure they get stuff when they're online... no more missed connections due to capped offline IMs!
My only complaint is the instructions could have been written out a little clearer. I had to play around with the format of the configuration notecard to get it to work the way I wanted, but in the end I did figure it out!
I would recommend this product to other content creators or store/club owners/etc who have a subscribed mailing list - it works great.
Best System In Game By Far and Customer Service Is Superior
We had been using another system, paying 6k a month and decided to look around for another system. We came across this one and I have to say its completely worth the money. The creator of this system spent time talking to me and addressing some issues/questions I had regarding what I was looking before I even bought it. This system is awesome. Our client base is heavily on different time zones and we were always concerned some didn't get the messages because they would be capped. With this system it guarantees us that each of our clients gets the information when they are online which is wonderful. Also, we dont have to rely on our database being on web only. We can export this and put it on NC's as well as a database on Word or Excel and store it on our own PC.
If I could give this system 10 stars I would. It has far exceeded my expectations and along with the customer service provided from Zanara (Creator) it makes this item top notch and a MUST have.

I'm sending our first notice out right now and I already love this message system..I like the fact that it shows the names of the people its sending to and that it only sends to them when they are online so they are sure to get the notice. Easy to follow instructions and Excellent Customer Service, she answered all of our questions and took the time to explain things.

Brilliant Product -- Most effective notice sender on the market
The unique feature of only sending notices to users when they are online makes this product well worth the cost. From a marketing standpoint, this is a no-brainer...keeps notices from being lost due to "capped" IMs, gets the user's attention when they are online, and keeps your product notices from being lost in the glom of offline group notices they usually get when they log in. The product is easy to set up and use, low-lag, and customer service is excellent. Would definitely recommend for any serious merchant...I love this product!

This product puts an end to chasing down undelivered notecards. In the business I am in, it is very important that notecards be delivered and not capped and this product takes care of that problem!!
It checks to see if the recipient is online for me, I don't even have to worry about doing that. Once they are found online, it is sent. So no more sitting around waiting for people to log in...
The set up is extremely easy and I love that fact that it tells me when the information has all been delivered! AMAZING, AMAZING item!!
