Great product but..
This Plat is fantastic and an awesome quality with textures. But.. I can only modify in height. Not in width nor in length.
I'm very disappointed because in the description said Full Perm and I really would loved this Plat on my land.

Unique product. Full perm too ! Looks flippin awesome inworld and several texturable faces too. This is one of the best landscape creations i have ever seen. Editing the size does not effect it all except smaller means less prims ! It keeps its amazing look at all sizes ! 10 out of 5 for this ! Great price too !

This is just another example of a very talented designer. I finally went beachie and this gives the sl lot the sparkle I was looking for. I have never been disappointed with anything from Jumbo and the customer service is beyond great. thank you for this awesome beach
