Boat Dock With Cover Party Deck Pier

This boat dock occupies a 37X30 meter footprint and uses 136 prims. It comes with copy and modify permissions and can be easily rezzed with the Rez-Foo system. Rez as many as you like. Modify without fear. Make a mistake? Delete and rerez.

The dock has five distinct areas, with one area being open to accommodate a boat or yacht tie up. It's great as an intimate space for couples, and guaranteed not to collapse under the weight of a party hoard.

Lots of low light for romantic evenings and fun parties. Textures are tan wood, metal railings, and shingled roof, as well as metal and glass post lamps.

This dock uses the Rez-Foo system. It's fast and easy to rez, and moving the dock is easy. Simply rez the crate and left click it. Choose REZ from the menu. Once the dock rezes, you can move and position it by right clicking the crate and going into EDIT. The dock moves with the crate. Once you have the dock positioned, left click the crate and choose SAVE from the menu. It will set the dock in place and you can then delete the crate.

You can rez the crate as many times as you like. Once it's in place and saved, you can unlink the dock and modify it any way you wish.
