House has two spacious bedrooms, both with access to a large wraparound deck. There is a matching deck on the ground floor. The master bedroom is partitioned for a bathroom and comes with a built in fireplace that can be turned on and off.
The downstairs features a wide entry, a living room, dining room, and a fully built kitchen, as well as enough room for a breakfast nook. All rooms have access to the deck.
The doors' scripts are modifiable so that you can add and limit access. The blinds on the windows open and close for privacy. Windows and doors are controlled by a keypad that can be found in each room. You can even use the keypad to control access to the doors and windows. The two bedrooms are on their own channels, separate from the rest of the house, and work independent of one another.
As a bonus, I'm including a massive collection of artwork for your walls, as well as some rugs. There is also a copyable lamp that can be set to come on at night or operated by the main keypads downstairs. All you need to add is yourself and your furniture!
