There are two floors. The first floor has a large living area with a working fireplace, an alcove that could be used for a kitchen, and an partitioned room that could easily be a second bedroom or a study. The upstairs is an open loft design with two walls of windows and an accessible balcony.
There are plenty of outdoor lights that can be controlled by touch or with the keyservers within the house. The lights will also come on at dusk and off at dawn without any prompting from you.
