Whilst what you see is exactly what you get.
The castle itself is highly detailed, the furniture rather exquisite, and it does indeed unpack itself and allow you to detach, unlink, and delete things with relative ease... however, the full package of this castle is not, in fact, only 298 prims and 391 with furniture. With the furniture, even after deleting the static NPC objects, the prim count came out to 520, give or take a few prims here and there.
I'm doxxing the score 2 points because of the seller inaccurately disclosing how many prims are in this asset. It is still a nice set of buildings that you can edit and decorate as you will... just keep in mind it is way higher than the listed impact.
