MESH WARNING:
This house is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable. Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.

Perfect for me...
Everything about this house is modifiable. I am currently using it without the water feature so it fits in a smaller area. This house comes without a door, so I put a sliding glass door with tint scripts. I also added tint scripts to all the windows. The white walls are sections I painted all different colors and it looks very cool. You can move and resize the porch and steps (and everything else) to suit your needs. This is a fun build for people who are new to customization. I like this house a lot. I might buy some more of this builders homes. I like their style...
