This one-room weekend retreat house features extensive use of clear floor-to-ceiling glass that opens the interior to its natural surroundings. Constructed on poles the house seems to float weigtlesly above the ground it occupies. The floating slab terrace acts as a transition between the living area and the ground. The house is accessed by two sets of wide steps connecting ground to terrace and then to porch.
This building includes scripted doors and curtains that can be removed. No rezzer or unlinked parts - easy to set up. The base building has only 17 prims + 5 curtains (2 prims each). Open/close scripted curtains can be added or removed according to your preferences. 100 % mesh product. Ultra low lag scripts and low
DOOR MANUAL: By default doors are set free access for everyone and auto close after 5 sec. If you need to change door settings here is an instruction on how to do it.
- click, hold and slide your mouse over the door (mouse needs to touch at least 15% of the door prim)
- when menu pops up select if access is allowed to everyone, to owner, to a SL group (the one set to the door in Edit/General tab/ Group)
- Check the other menu options for opening movement, auto-close time etc.
- Click the button [FINISH] when terminated.
Optional - you can edit the note card inside door "-My door access list" and add the names after "AllowedAvats = ".

The most beautiful house in SL
I own many houses including several other Fanatik buildings, but this is by far my favorite. I have owned it a long time (2017) and now have devoted a 10,000 meter platform to it. It is a very realistic copy of the real life Farnsworth, which makes it even more fun to own. A bargain at the price.

Very refreshing after all the rustic brown old fashioned builds I saw here.
One remark : notice that some of the curtains are a rootprim ! They will move the house when clicked. Easy to change when you have basic build skills though.

This creator has spoiled me rotten, almost no other builds will do any longer. The realism, simplicity, top notch texturing and low prim design make this house a dream spot for a weekend retreat. I've situated it amidst a pine-forest where the completely glass walls makes you one with nature around you. Just love love love LOVE it!!!
This is a great house for the Mid Century design fan
Low prim, very high quality. I was able to modify it to meet a couple specific ideas. Put some mid-century furniture in there and it looks fabulous.
