This beautiful 2 level skybox is a haven of style and comfort. The first level has a spacious built in bookshelf and open floor plan – perfect for living room or store reception. Large windows and double height ceiling brings extra light in room. Small terrace is also on the same level giving extra space for the dining or relaxation area. On the upper level you can find more private space suitable for bedroom or study.
IMPORTANT: please note that unlinking parts and adding scripts to the building can increase prim count. When rezzed on ground – some teraforming might be needed.
VERY IMPORTANT: These are mesh buildings. Although they're copy/mod, mesh buildings can't be modified on the same way as sculpted or regular prim ones. This buildings have baked textures, this means they're illuminated using light models and the shadow effects are directly "printed" on textures. You can change the textures, but if you do so you will lose the shadows. A mesh building is made with many faces, and this kind of building has different textures for each face, according with the light used to illuminate it. We don't supply any of so called "SHADOW MAPS" like it was usual with buildings made with sculpts, because simply we don't have them. This is a different concept, a different working method. It achieves stunning light/shadow effects, but has some limitations compared to traditional sl structures. However there are impressive modifications in world made by several customers. You must understand that in order to modify this item BUILDING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.

My only query was, why a balcony and no working doors? Still gets 5 stars though.

Amazing, Nothing More To Say Well Almost...
This is one of those Buildings that just make you wonder why sl took so long to get mesh into the system.
I can only afford a smaller plot of land 2048 plot, so i wanted a building that was not going to chew the prims and leave me with not a lot to decorate with, Mesh buildings are the way forwards this ones huge 50x25m! for 26 prims WOOT!
The textures are awesome very well rendered, my most fav part is the windows u can see the reflections both inside and outside on the glass!
Only draw back would be the lack of doors or abilty to keep ppl out, if your on a ground plot with out an orb, but i knew this before i brought it, simply because it don't matter!
This is totally worth the 2k i paid for it, and i look forwards to seeing more of the creators work in the future.
For those in the land rental game and your putting up skyboxes these are exactly what your looking for and anyone rent them wont turn it down !!

This skybox is high quality in every way. The lighting is amazing, and the room has such a nice soft glow to it. This can be used for so many things and the creator is so kind and will answer any questions you might have. This is a 10 star rating but I am only given five.
