This modern 2 floor house is perfect to be used as store or residential building. It can be placed on ground or used as skybox. Large floor to ceiling inner windows leading to the main hall gives feeling of open space while outer walls, made in exposed concrete provides privacy from the neighbors. There are 4 smaller rooms overlooking main hall and 2 terraces. Main characteristic of this building is open beam roof that creates beautiful shadow play in the building.
IMPORTANT: please note that unlinking parts and adding scripts to the building can increase prim count. When rezzed on ground – some teraforming might be needed.
VERY IMPORTANT: These are mesh buildings. Although they're copy/mod, mesh buildings can't be modified on the same way as sculpted or regular prim ones. This buildings have baked textures, this means they're illuminated using light models and the shadow effects are directly "printed" on textures. You can change the textures, but if you do so you will lose the shadows. A mesh building is made with many faces, and this kind of building has different textures for each face, according with the light used to illuminate it. We don't supply any of so called "SHADOW MAPS" like it was usual with buildings made with sculpts, because simply we don't have them. This is a different concept, a different working method. It achieves stunning light/shadow effects, but has some limitations compared to traditional sl structures. However there are impressive modifications in world made by several customers. You must understand that in order to modify this item BUILDING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.

Excellent Workmanship!
This building is graceful, beautiful and perfect for so many uses. The lighting is a bit bright but can be modified as needed. It also requires land formation around the entrances and exits but is completely doable. I highly recommend this creator & creation. --Keep up the great work!
house looks great
but i cant change colors from wall cause its from textures on Mesh not really posible and the walls are have alpha textures i can see the Lindenwater reflextion in it thats why just 3 stars

Breathtaking realism & tons of space
I bought this because I saw it inworld and the realism of the textures took my breath away. I was needing a larger house, and while it is probably more suited for a business, it makes the perfect home for someone who requires a lot of space. There is so much room that I can actually fit a living room and kitchen in a single room, and still have space leftover for all of my breedable pets:) If you have a ton of furniture, this would be ideal because you can really spread out, it's so spacious. Highly recommended!
Extremely Pleased
Very happy with my purchase of this building, Although since purchasing i have worked out that with tweaking slightly it could make a great contemporary residence. I would agree about the full bright being an option on the outside of the building as posted by a previous reviewer but that does not detract from me giving this maker 5 stars. I look forwards to more creations, maybe contemporary houses next?
