This luxurious skybox is perfect solution for store, nightclub or even apartment. Dark colored satin finish walls, white columns and chess board ceramic floor tiles provides contemporary elegance to the building.
IMPORTANT: please note that unlinking parts and adding scripts to the building can increase prim count. When rezzed on ground – some teraforming might be needed.
VERY IMPORTANT: These are mesh buildings. Although they're copy/mod, mesh buildings can't be modified on the same way as sculpted or regular prim ones. This buildings have baked textures, this means they're illuminated using light models and the shadow effects are directly "printed" on textures. You can change the textures, but if you do so you will lose the shadows. A mesh building is made with many faces, and this kind of building has different textures for each face, according with the light used to illuminate it. We don't supply any of so called "SHADOW MAPS" like it was usual with buildings made with sculpts, because simply we don't have them. This is a different concept, a different working method. It achieves stunning light/shadow effects, but has some limitations compared to traditional sl structures. However there are impressive modifications in world made by several customers. You must understand that in order to modify this item BUILDING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.

Stunning Build - Just Right
I searched for a very long time to find an appropriate build for my plans to upgrade my store and finally settled on this one. I say "settled" but I don't mean I compromised! This build is perfect and I am 100% confident that I made the right decision.
The design is not unnecessarily complicated but it is intricate and visually striking. The textures are top-notch and every shadow and detail is carefully placed for just the right effect.
I wanted a skybox-style store without windows that would have allowed a visual path to my neighbors' not-so-handsome structures. This structure is encased and perfect for keeping all eyes on my products, not the distractions around the building. I did edit away the surrounding box walls so that I could cam out of the store and see into it from the outside. There are also some walls that I can unlink and delete so that I can build off of this shop or add another copy to extend it in one or another direction.
There is plenty of large wall space so I can display my products just the way I want to showcase them. I read the other review of this item and saw that the reviewer had mentioned that there are no shelves or fixtures built-in. I like that! I do not like to display (many of) my items on shelves so I am very pleased to see that the walls are bare and ready for absolutely anything I wan to put there. I will add a few fixtures myself - and since the design doesn't force me to use any predetermined units, I can place them anywhere I want and make them any size or orientation I wish.
The use of space is also perfect. The staggered walls add more usable display space and make good use of the area without cluttering the store up with things that would take more time and resources to rez.
On that note, the entire build is 109 "prims" - and for what you get, that's amazingly efficient! Once I eliminated the box that encased the structure it went down to 105 "prims" so I saved even more resources.

This building is absolutely gorgeous! I actually kept looking for it for quite a while before buying it, since it's quite prim heavy for the inside space, and has no shelves or anything like that (I would have LOVED to see shelves built into the wall!).
But this is probably the prettiest building I have ever seen, and I am going to use it for a really long time!
