This medieval house design features Tudor style architectural cues and an array of interior props. It is designed to suit a home, inn/bed & breakfast, and/or tavern setting.
Key Features:
• Tudor & Cotswold inspired design
• Decorative half-timbering
• Steeply pitched roofs
• Prominent cross gables
• Detailed fireplaces
• Decorative trellis
• Large chimneys
• Floral props
• Dozens of detailed kitchen props
• (GL)3E gaming resource items (health, stamina, morale, water resupply, ammo resupply props)
• Mesh (polygonal), sculptie (displacement), and prim (primitive shapes) modeling techniques
• Custom textures
• 35m x 30m surface area
• 315 prims (383 prims with kitchen and (GL)3E props rezzed)
• Built for realistic / normal human avatar scale (may not be compatible with over-sized human scale)
• copy/no mod/no trans (house and kitchen perms)
• no copy/no mod/trans- ((GL)3E resource items perms)
(Some items are made to be separate pieces from the main building structure, so one can use or not use these items to save more on prim count)
*Special note: To economize on prim count / land impact, and for efficient scripting functions between objects (i.e., texture changing, particle effects, lighting effects, and future 3E gaming elements), various models of this item are necessarily combined in an external 3d ap (or group linked) - resulting in a minimizing of prim counts, providing efficient scripting functions, and minimizing open channel chat communications (a contributor to sim "lag") with link set communications - all in all for the user's benefit. Contains link set child number script dependencies (this is not a builder kit) - thus is set to "no-mod" to prevent breakage of scripting functions and all other aforementioned integral design elements as well.

Beautiful work!
Bought this for my gf and we just are in love with this thing right out of the box.
Love the floorplan- it's spacious for our things and is realistic scale. Love the design- it feels very Tudor. The textures are superb, truly custom, and not like the recycled and common textures floating around SL- not cheaply photographed ones either, but look like they were made with a 2d software- kinda stylized.
The bonus mesh kitchen props and the mesh fireplaces are fabulous too- makes us hope to see furniture and other decorations in future updates or upgrades of that ilk!
