Another cyberpunk apartment, this one focusing on the "Punk", This apartment is set in the future, with Russain/Eastern EU aesthetics, The place is neglected and littered with tech, Lights and clutter.
It has several rooms, including: External Hallway, A kitchen, Living room, a basement Garage, A bedroom, and a Bathroom, There also is an external roof.

It keeps beaking
I got to unpack and the object only puts the outside box inside inventory
Inexpensive and highly modifiable.
Compared to a lot of the cyberpunk style skyboxes out there, this is a steal.
I was able to shave off some LI by shrinking it to a more human sized space. It's also very modular. Don't use the basement or foyer? Get rid of them and save some LI. Want to move the lights around or add more? Go for it! Want to change the hologram textures? Why not?
The apartment is very much a no-frills package, but if you have the skills you can do a lot with it. I scripted my own light controls now I can turn the lights on and off, for example. Also a lot of the details like the lights, the light up posters, wall fans, pipes etc can all be unlinked and used as details for custom cyberpunk scenes. It's a skybox and a cyberpunk builder's kit all in one.
If I had one minor complaint it would be that I wish the windows weren't a solid, stuck open piece. I'd love to be able to open and close the blinds. But that's a nitpick. Five stars.
New Favorite Skybox
Chi(t) delivers yet another quality product. Low impact, gorgeous, modable and very affordable. If you have any interest in scifi/cyberpunk apartments, aside from lacking furniture/anims, I'd reckon this is the new gold standard. And besides, it's not like every one of us already has dozens of furniture pieces we want to use anyway.
Can't go wrong with this purchase. If you're on the fence, buy it.
Only thing to nitpick, is if you wanted to incorporate this into a build as non-skybox building with interior and exterior, it could be done without teleports, but it would take a fair bit of editing. Still. Look at it.

There’s some weird light/glow artifact that seems to be connected to one of the wall fans, is only really visible when you zoom out a bit but considering I was using the building in my city build that was kind of a no go… however the apartment is pretty gotdang cool over all, so I sent the creator a NC about it… no response for a few days.. fugg it time to mod about and find out.
And that is something this build is really awesome about… it’s pretty dang modular and very Edit friendly! So I ripped out the problem fan and made it a new window, removed anything else I didn’t like and shoved in some new bits, linked it all back together and I’m loving it even more. I edited the lobby area so I could have an elevator door in place of the vandalized one and replaced the door with the wire and sign over it so it looks like another apartment entry(but not with the exact same door as my place). After all of this I also realized the garage, lobby and exterior shell can all be removed without altering or ruining the main apartment! So I made a copy of the lobby and just the apartment so I can stack a few of the apartments in a skybox and have the shell of the building as a facade in my city. Good stuff!
I really wish I knew what the heck was up with that light/glow on the wall fan though…
