Simply Amazing!
This little 4 prim house is simply amazing! The textures, the details, the overall build quality are without a doubt one of the absolute best I've ever seen in SL.
We're actually using these as private homes on out Gorean Homestead, and they fit in perfect. Even the door locks and window controls are easy to use and don't impact the prim count at all. And the footprint is the perfect size as well.
The ONLY downside to these is really trivial: don't move it with the door open, or it tends to cause the door to get all wonky and is a real pain to fix. Easier to just pick up the house and set a fresh one, so thankfully it's copy!
We also picked up a few at the in world store, Bachepem, Yashnoosh, and Caffrie. All of these houses are amazing, and with the low prims on each, they work amazingly well with Homesteads or those looking for a low prim solution. Well Done!
Great house
I was ecstatic that this house was everything I expected it to be... Its perfect for my teenage niece. the first house i had out for here was a tiny 20 li kids play house. This 4 li cottage is 3 times the size and looks a ton better. Looks great in the ad, even better in world.

Rez-n-go - no problems! And yah, double checked - you kiddin, 4 prims?! Actually I think i'd have been ok if a surprise or two its so pretty and functional and large, but that it *is* actually 4 prims - super!
It wasn't clear for me in the ad, I'm not good with not-perfect-square parcel dimensions - they aren't predictable I've found (never a sellers fault). So adding FYI: 512 rectangle parcel, this fit great on about 2/3 of it, leaving plenty of yard for my dogs. The vinyl tile floor is realistic and beige to match the walls, and it looks great for me.
