Details
This is an eating area, outdoor or indoor, and can be used stand alone or as an add-on for restaurants or cafeterias. It has a LI of just 2 (!!!) plus LI of 9 or 18 if you add 1 or 2 sets of tables and chairs. The initial foot print is 7 x 10m.
Thanks to the COPY + MODIFY permission it can be fully customized. The set includes tables (1LI each) and chairs (2LI each, with sitting position/animation)) in 2 different styles (dark / bright wood). If you use 2 sets they will have the mentioned LI of 18.
The tables are COPY+ MODIFY while the chairs are COPY + RESIZABLE via script.
The area can be put against a wall. It comes with its own shadows and like that fits perfectly in every surrounding.

Chairs are present but you have to work for them.
I try to give fair and helpful reviews, and this will be no exception.
This is a well-made item with the good-looking mesh I expect from Make-a-Mark, and has an okay LOD. It also has a great, affordable price. However, in order to get the chairs out--and make them work well--you need to do some work.
Instructions...
1.) Rez the box this item comes in. Ignore the folder it gives you... OPEN the box. You will find the table & chairs inside. (Due to stupid script limitations SL cannot deliver no-copy items via the llGiveInventoryFolder() function. This is probably why the chairs do not get delivered when you rez the item.)
2.) Rez the table & chairs. The chairs will all be NO COPY. That is because they have a no-copy resizer script inside. (I don't know why creators just don't make their items Modifiable.)
3.) Click on a chair and choose DELETE from the menu, to remove the stupid resizer script.
4.) Right-click the chair and Take Copy. The chair is now Copyable.
5.) Now that the chair is Copyable... you must fix the pose inside, because it is WAY OFF. Sit on the chair and click the seat. Click the "Z-" button 2-4x. Then click the "X-" button 2-4x.
YOU ARE FINISHED! Chairs are now usable.
(If that's too much work, use my nice, Mod/Copy Zabuton [Japanese sit cushions] instead :P)

Conclusion: Overall I want to give this item 5 stars, but can only give it 3 because of the issues it currently has. If it improves, I will amend this Review.
