REZZING INSTRUCTIONS
********************
1. Rez house box on the ground and copy contents to inventory.
2. Place Rez Box on the ground near the center of the parcel but closer towards the front, lifted off the ground a bit..
3. L Click the box and choose Rez from the menu. It may take a couple of minutes for everything to rez.
4. Move the rez box around and the house and landscaping will follow.
5. I recommend leaving the box as it is and making it invisible, so you can re-rez in the same spot if you need to.

Lovely Home
I am so glad I decided to purchase this home . I was looking at one the cost way more then this, then a family member brought me to view these homes...There's a few mor I will be coming back to get.....You will not regret any of these.....
Wonderful Home
I have owned this home for a while now, I love the space and the ability to edit/change the build (I have moved the stairs to one side of the hall, closed in the kitchen, and made the back wall in the living room all windows (to enjoy the view). I note that some have mentioned the homes textures are a little outdated - it is easy to change them if you have some basic building skills.
Love this house
I really love this house. We did take off the front cement walls and gate up to the steps where you go in. We also extended the back patio. I also added my own flowers in the flower beds and created a flower bed that goes around the house. It has lots of room, smart design and looks great. I always get tons of compliments.
Could b Better
The Architecture is great but im not pleased with the textures, especially the floor itself is one single object so cant use different textures in different rooms. Default Textures are low Quality. The Snow Top of house is extremely thin and poor quality, looks more like White Paint, I expected it to be a little more thick. I also Hate that the Floor gets a little Phantom from some areas and u notice urself diggin in the floor, even the blocks included in the package are like this. Also there is some invisible thing that blocks you by the corner of every door. so You have to Pass from The Center of doorway to get in. (FYI im aware of Blockages in SL builds I didnt Unlink anyything ).
Stunningly beautiful
I bought this beautiful villa a while back and neglected to write a review. The attention to detail (textures, shadows, etc.....) are amazing. Pamela always does a wonderful job with her designs from furniture to houses to her generous free gifts. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this house. Sadly, it's too big for my current property.
I love this but...
It has really outdated textures and cheap ones as well. I feel like it could use a update. Its done very crappy for the price.
