NANTUCKET PROMO COPY/MOD VERSION
This nice Victorian-like cottage has a footprint of 20 x 15 meter. The design is based on the romantic houses you find at the island of Nantucket just before the coast of Massachusetts US. Yes, there were the rich and famous live!!
HOW DOES THIS SHOP LOOK LIKE
Because of many many requests to sell this Nantucket Promo shop in a copy/mod version I decided to grant that request. This cute little cottage fits on the smallest parcels and fits greatly in every landscape.

With all that details for a cottage this size the LI is comfortably low!. The cottage is almost completely build in mesh.

For a good performance to see the house also from a bit of a distance Please set your RenderVolumeLodfactor on 8.
You do that in the ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to 'debug settings' or 'Show debug settings '. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 8.
