Newick Hall-English mansion- boxed

Newick Hall was directly inspired to me by a house I saw on a real estate website, that still haunts me today. Building its as faithful as possible replica in Second Life helped me to cope with it in a fun way.
Newick Hall stands proud on a hilly landscape as an austere English late 18th or 19th century mansion. However, the interior is the one of a very comfortable and large family home, or could even be used as a luxury bed and breakfast.
It includes a large parlour, a kitchen, and 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 2 of those are really large. Its second floor offers 2 attic bedrooms that share a central bathroom that can be accessed by going through its door.
Basic land impact of the house is 132, plus 139 LI for the optional bathroom furniture (no poses or animations, sorry folks).
Newick Hall should be installed in a hilly landscape and needs terraforming skills, as the main door is located on the 1st floor, another entry been located on the ground floor.
However, for those living in skyboxes, I provide an optional back garden that only weighs 8 Land impact, and has 3 options of terrain : 2 colours of grass, and snow too (click to change).
Finally, there is a version with a huge staircase at the back for those who do not wish to bother with a 2 level garden or hills. Newick hall could be as well integrated in an urban decor, with an upper street leading to its main entrance at the back.
Newick Hall is sold in a rezzbox (2 versions: the garden one and the stairs one), so that installation is easy and you can easily get rid of the optional furniture and garden/stairs in just one click.
