The Power Relay is designed to be used in conjunction with your generation devices and the Energy Storage System, where you have generators in a region different from, but adjacent to, that where the ESS is situated (see Related Items below). The Power Relay Transmitter is rezzed in the region which has the generators, and the Power Relay Receiver is rezzed in the adjacent region which has the ESS, at a distance of no more than 90m. Note that rezzing the Transmitter in the same region as the ESS will generate an error message.
