This is an off sim Rock Jetty made to fit onto the Right side of your water front property. It's meant to blend naturally into your terri-formed land and creates a sense of privacy and realism to your land. Although it fits best on 4096 land and up, it does fit on 2048 land as well. I've included several extra plants, palm trees, and rocks for your On Sim landscaping needs so you can further customize your environment and complement the Off Sim Jetty.
