Another hallway takes you to a playroom/bedroom, the toilet powder room and gives you entry to the garage which has 2 small rooms perfect for a laundry and storage.

As you follow the teak staircase to the 2nd floor it has a balcony area to overlook the front door so you can see who's visiting.
