The 1st floor has a covered porch entry and a mudroom as you first walk in. At the end of the wide hallway you have a Guest Bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom and mini walk in wardrobe space. You also have a generous dining room that leads off into the joint living room & kitchen area with panelled ceiling detail or through the french doors to the back patio. Another hallway takes you to a playroom/bedroom, the toilet powder room and gives you entry to the garage which has 2 small rooms perfect for a laundry and storage.
As you follow the teak staircase to the 2nd floor it has a balcony area to overlook the front door so you can see who's visiting.
On this upper level you'll find a bedroom at the front of the house and further down the hallway leads to a generous Master Bedroom suite with it's own bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe. It also has it's own doors to the back balcony to take advantage of your views. There's also a small room perfect for an office and the grand bedroom above the garage with gorgeous dormer windows and a room for the wardrobe.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Needing help with this home
Does anyone have contact information for the maker? I have tried contacting Roost Homes and I have not gotten a response. Beautiful home. Would love to give a better review and will do so as soon as I get some help.

I thought the mirrored version of the house would make it more convenient to use. It is not. The attached double garage is such a bother. Even if I have a 4096 m plot. Look carefully at the house and imagine how it will be on your land. Do not fall for beauty, it must be practical too. Beauty fades fast when it is trouble. 5 stars for beauty, much less for that garage. I have the Palm View house and the attached garage is under it, it is easier to use the house.

what I liked most about this particular house it allowed me alot of customization I do not have access to a road so the garage door had to go and the plated windows came in to create a gaming room with a bar and bathrooms in the back. I did the same thing with the little patio that is in the middle, I walled it off with a plate of windows and created a breakfast nook I love all of the Roost Houses but this is by far becoming my favorite quickly. also loved the Copper awnings. very very nice! this house sort of has the same feel in it as the other large house that is in an L shaped but this is much cozier nice very nice.. thank you Roost Homes!
