Sweet Lindens on a cracker, is this build done yet? It might be; I'm not sure. I may just fling it onto Marketplace to see if it sticks. If you're reading this, that's probably what I did.
So, here we have the second build in a line of tiny houses I've been obsessively creating in SL, as my RL book pile is too large to be contained by something described as "tiny" (or really by anything other than a library). This one is more of a ranch style... I think? Don't ask me, I'm not an architect. But anyway, a house! This is it.
The build is still primarily inworld prim construction with mesh accents, doors, and windows. The roof as originally constructed was 24 LI, but by running it through a mesh converter I got it down to 11, bringing the total LI of this structure down from over 100 to 80. Once again I'm setting the price at one linden per LI; I'm not expecting anyone to totally appreciate this, but I will will be selling houses for years to recoup my losses on mesh uploads I was absolutely positive were the final version.
Spoiler: they were not the final version. In fact, the same friends who nagged me into opening the store nearly staged an intervention because I wouldn't quit working on this house.
But it's finally finished -- Happy House Hunting!

tiny closets
Great house but one suggestion is.
PLEASE put a script in your windows or make them mod so I can block the pervs from looking in my windows.
Seriously please, its too many prims to add blinds to every single window.
I don't usually write reviews, but....
I spent significantly more for another house of the same quality. This could definitely be sold for more. It's very comparable to a house I purchased for 900L, but I actually like this one more. The 900L one has zero ability to be molded into what I want. With this one, I was able to take out a few walls and change a closet area into a bathroom in a snap. It's cozy. I hate large houses in SL. I bought all of the other homes incase the creator decides to raise the prices. These are quite literally a steal at these prices.
Prime Suburban Real Estate
This Ranch Style tiny home is two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worth of prime suburban real estate. The house being mod and copy opens the house up to your imagination!
Great Bungalow For Affordable Living
This charming house has defined living spaces including little nooks for creative storage or displays. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer so much for living in a small space. Neutral pallete so it will blend in nicely where you choose to reside. Copy/Mod so you can alter whatever you want. Crazy cheap so you can splurge on furniture.
Wonderful
This is a great house, small enough that I don't feel like I need super amounts of 'clutter' to make it feel lived in like you would need for a bigger house. Only 80L too, that's a great price!
