Nice, very detailed house 15x20 with 3 floors. Tasteful mix of brickwork and wood. A large nicely shaped pateo makes this a very special little building. IMPORTANT: All parts of the house are linked so you can position your new home without using the rezzbox :)

This is actually an excellent little house!!! You'll use it sooner or later.
The front door and the steps/ladders are flat, but you get a huge 1st floor, and a very usable 2nd floor WITH a very usable balcony (I put a jacuzzi on my balcony), AND a high-ceilinged loft.
You can't see the HUGE front window in the picture (the tree hides it) -- it's well-worth L$39 just to see it.
The textures overall are rather nice. And 28-Land Impact (I checked) for a 3-story is great.
