Big house, footprint 25x24 with a large balcony 25x11. The windows have two shutters (white and green) easy open and close just by clicking on them. Ground floor with two rooms. All parts are linked and the house can be positioned without the rezzbox. Low prim count.

Please see my review of the SONATA I, all of the comments about the SONATA I also apply to this house. Larger than the SONATA I, but still all mod, so if you don't like the arrangements of rooms move the walls around, or add new inside walls - it's large enough. Better yet, since it is also copyable, if you mess something up, just delete it and drop a new one.
