The Sombre Saxon is the next generation of Sombre fire appliance. Scripts and equipment have been overhauled from previous vehicles for a realistic, immersive, and fun roleplay experience. Bored of only doing fires? Try Sombre.
This vehicle can extinguish HDFS2 fires, but is not affiliated with HD Emergency in any way.
Based on British and Irish fire appliances from the early 2000s. Carries 1800 litres of water and 130 litres of foam. Contains over 40 unique roleplay items, realistic pump with cavitation, realistic driving with damage and refillable fluids. Comes in RHD and LHD.

This is a proper fire appliance with a full range of fire and rescue equipment (See bottom of listing for a full equipment list). Equipment is accessed through the Sombre Gear HUD which can be used by anyone, even if they don't own the vehicle. Most items are interactive and have some kind of function beyond just holding them.

Realistic driving, Realistic Pump, extraordinary well equipped, and all the Equipment works perfect.
With the Mod Parts you can create an almost unique truck, and to mod it is so easy, you dont need building or scripting skills for it, the Mod parts tell you what to do after rezzing, and you even dont have to place them exactly, they will be automaticly placed on the truck, all you have to do is to link it.
And since the truck has as well a left hand driver Version, it is perfect as well for Users who drive on the right side of the street.
I would give six stars if possible!

Cool car and nice driving i likeit, the pump could get a little more output like maybe 3000 but thanks again for having this mod gives us so nice stuff to do with it :) rolling up lets get this done.

As the creator is very hulpfull and updated as well for a left hand drive this deserves a extra star !
Amazing
Been waiting for this thing for a while. And it does not dissappoint, it's a preview of what the creator, Libby has in store for the future. The little details such as the maintainence and the pumps quirks are what really makes this a modern-day piece of equipment for second life. I am very much looking forward to the future if this is just the beginning!

Went to the UK for fire training a few times in the past 15 years, and worked with this type of appliance on a few of them, and this gives me the feel that I'm back there.
The manual pump control, with the cooling outlet, thats just a level of detail that I love when working with older rigs.
Then the parts you can edit and link, just amazing, you can make the truck really your own, although a RHD version would be awesome, but I understand the UK roots for this rig. .
So if you have an interest in EU/UK trucks, buy this, the amount of tools is amazing, and really add's a lot to any fire related RP.
