What is good can always improve, and what is excellent too! Dani in version 1.3 caused our avatar position setting on the plane to be recorded! You record the first time and take it to the inventory, then it's just joy! Rezz and fly!

A realistic reproduction of the RL fun plane
This ultralight amphibian plane is the Second Life sister to the Brazilian "Super Petrel LS", which has been built from 2001 to 2014. IRL it is easy to fly, even though it is equipped with two sets of instruments, some RL planes even have an EFIS (Electronic Flight Instrument System). The biplane wings are arranged in a way that leads to easy stall handling.
Remarkable point are the missing flaps, the plane itself is controlled via stick. Several movies on the web show the maneuverability of this small plane in an impressive way.
So, even though you could think Daniels Fall's intention had been to create a "simple to fly" fun plane, he exactly followed the RL archetype: it's uncommon to touchdown just by "taking up the nose" and reducing speed - but it's how you do it also in the real Petrel.
With the D-TREL Dani constructed a neat multifunction verhicle - ideal for the smaller water parcels on Bellisseria, able to be moored to a pier or bring you to the nearby airports on Jeogeot, Sansara and the Belli Island Strips, where you can touchdown on real runways.
As always since the D-121, which started the 2nd generation releases, Fall installed a special feature - not only covers (by menu) this time, but also sit poses - so if you have landed somewhere near a tropical island, you can get a sunburn resting on a wing, while the amphiplane swings slowly :-)
Great and fun seaplane
The airplane handles very good, looks nice and is as real as it gets in SL. Just one complaint: the guy sit on the wing didn't come in the box.

My new favorite seaplane! So fun to fly and it levels out the wheels when you get up after flying. Very very nice job Dani! Super cool modern seaplane! Dani you are the best aircraft creator in SL by far. I love this seaplane. I would like to see more bigger seaplanes from you in the future. I own eight of your aircraft now.
