This is a rusty metal water tower with two versions: A Full Physics version that you can walk on; and a Low Land Impact version without physics.
It comes 10 meters tall. The Full Physics version is 21 land impact. The Low Impact version is 4 land impact. It contains mesh so land impact grows as it gets larger. Unlinking the ladder will reduce land impact by 2.
They have logical surfaces that you can re-texture as you wish.

Very Nice
I purchased this to go with my TM Windmill, which it matches in texture. The low LI version works great for me and it really adds to the rustic setting of my small farm.
