This home was built - for those who still want beauty while working on a prim budget. It is built for smaller plots but it is not suggested for 512. It is co-ed so will work for all. It works best as a skybox but with a small amount of modification you can make this one work on land as well (entails removing balconies and banisters)
This home is completely furnished and everything is modifiable but the candles & fireplace. The pond is lighted and scripted and there are seating animations throughout. The Anime bed set features a cuddles menu.
This structure alone is only 87 prims.
If you are using the home fully furnished, it rezzes in just below 200-of course you can add and delete furnishings as you'd like to give it your own touch. Everything shown here, is included but the hanging lanterns. These can be found at my store.
Please Note: This home comes in a rezz box but the tea candles were included separately. Add them throughout as you'd like -3 pims each-

I absolutely love this skybox! The textures are rich and beautiful and the prim count is really good! The only prob I had was deciding which skybox I wanted to buy!!! I will definately be going back to this store for future purchases!
Nice home, needs nonstandard 512 lot or regular 1024 lot to fit.
Looks very nice, but definitely does not fit on a standard 512 (16x32) lot.
