This home was built - for those who still want beauty while working on a prim budget. It is built for smaller plots but it is not suggested for 512. It is co-ed so will work for all. It works best as a skybox but with a small amount of modification you can make this one work on land as well (entails removing balconies and banisters)
This home is completely furnished and everything is modifiable but the candles & fireplace. The pond is lighted and scripted and there are seating animations throughout. The Anime bed set features a cuddles menu.
This structure alone is only 87 prims.
If you are using the home fully furnished, it rezzes in just below 200-of course you can add and delete furnishings as you'd like to give it your own touch. Everything shown here, is included but the hanging lanterns. These can be found at my store.
Please Note: This home comes in a rezz box but the tea candles were included separately. Add them throughout as you'd like -3 pims each-

A Beautiful Build!
My partner and I are delighted with this lovely house! The lighting for night time is so romantic, and the prints on the bedding are just what we were looking for also!
A 1024sqm parcel would have to be recommended for this, both in terms of area for the footprint and also in regard of available prims for the whole package.
For some reason I was unable to rez it on the ground level, but having made a template of the parcel area, I was then able to rez it at height knowing that it was all within my boundary and there was no problem at all in doing so.
