Updated so the LI is lower, the kitchen and open fireplaces are nicer and the plants are mesh!

The design of this villa is based on the lovely houses you can find in many, many places in Tuscany, Italy. A house were you can relax and lounge at the poolside overlooking the yellow fields with cypres trees. A house that you really can imagine to live in,....in Real Life! The details and decoration are so natural that after a few minutes you don't even notice, that you walk around in a virtual world but in the real world and you will feel directly at home!

HOW DOES THIS HOUSE LOOK LIKE
Including the poolarea it has a footprint of 30 x 30 m and fits best on a parcel of at least 4096 sqm . With all the odds & ends it has a land impact of 416. But all extras like kitchen, bathroom set, and front garden etc etc are not linked to the house, so if necessary you can remove them when you need to make prims free. However be sure that by rezzing the house, you have those prims available otherwise the house will not rez properly from the rezzing box. See below for the landimpact count per item.

- A roomy entrance hall
- Living room with open fireplace including a realistic wood fire and fire tools. Of course the chimney smokes. Double doors lead to the terrace and pool area.
- The country style kitchen in which all drawers and cabinet doors can open and close and the water tap runs.
- A roomy landing at the second floor
- A romantic bedroom
- A bathroom with a sink and towels and a warm rug on the floor. The bathtub can be filled with water, steam and bubbles. A shower with running water and single & couple shower animations (PG)
- Outside at the swimming pool area you can sit and lounge under a pergola with climbing vine. A BBQ with wood and fire is included. At the poolside you can sunbath or sit with dangling legs in the water. A little fountain makes it complete. For your privacy the pool area is surrounded with rustic old walls covered with vines and fern.

SCRIPTS INCLUDED
- All doors are multi users lockable, The manual you find in the content tab of the door.
- All curtains open and close on touch
- The blinds in the kitchen, and bathroom are also to operate by touch in different modes: open closed and half closed.
- Open fire and smoking chimney
- At the pool you can sunbath on the towel, and sit on the pillows and on the rim of the pool.
- All doors in the kitchen cabinets open and close on touch as well as the door of the stove.
- The kitchen tap works when touching the blue handle on the right.
- The bathtub works, just push the buttons. ATTENTION!!! It can occure that you need to reset the bathtub script after rezzing the house. Select the step on which the bathtub stands (right click --> edit/edit linked,). Choose then the content tab and open the script 'Hot Tub 1.05' by lef click, push reset button in left bottom corner of the pop up window of the script)
- The shower animations you operate by touching the red button on the front of the steps to the bath and choose 'sit'
- The shower gives water when you touch the shower head.

LANDIMPACT: 416
Most of the house is build in Mesh. There are parts like the kitchen which are set on Convex Hull in the Features tab. There were needed it is set on Prim. Best is not to change anything in that way, because then it can happen you can't go through doors or step in the bathtub or more of these issues.
