[Introduction]

Designation: Personal Defense Field Generator Mk. II
Roles: Anti-Beam, Anti-Missile, Anti-Projectile.
Capacity: 100 Energy Units.
Energy Production: 1 Energy Unit per second.
Active Time: 16, 33, or 100 seconds, depending on mode.

This pack utility can disperse beams, disrupt missiles/grenades, and reflect projectiles.
Regenerates energy at a rate of 1/sec while not active.
Different Defense Fields use different amounts of energy.

[Features]

The Personal Defense Field Generator is an experimental defensive device utilizing a combination of
particle-based energy interceptors, gravity manipulation and subspace field inversion technology to
protect the user from various types of energy-based and kinetic weaponry. Due to certain limitations
and hazards, some forms of protection cannot layer over others.
Please use your charge sparingly, as it is limited!

Beam dispersers will block certain types of directed energy weapons (Raycast Inhibition) for the
duration of its charge. They can also disrupt some types of explosions. Type 1 beam dispersers
are more compatible with user beam/raycast type weapons, but may not block more advanced beams
that Type 2 beam dispersers will. Type 2 beam dispersers can negate more advanced beam/raycast
types, but may interfere with the users own beam and raycast using weaponry. Pure projectile weapons
are recommended while using Type 2 beam dispersers.

Repulsers will redirect incoming kinetic projectiles, generally meant to deflect some types of bullets,
grenades and rockets/missiles, to a limited degree. Although not 100% reliable, it is very effective
against most types of kinetic projectiles for the duration of its charge. Again, use your charge sparingly,
as the repulsers do require more energy to maintain! (Note: Repulsers require push-enabled land to work!)

Ionic Anti-Missile defense fields will intercept and stop most incoming large projectiles such as missiles
and some artillery shells. These are slightly less reliable than Repulsers, but are generally better against
large explosive munitions. (Unlike Repulsers, these do not require push enabled land to function.)

Notes:
1. Please always respect the rules of the combat simulator you are in. This technology may not be
allowed at all locations. Use at your own risk!

2.While the functions of this device are fairly reliable, they are not 100% guaranteed to stop any
specific munitions. It is possible to bypass and defeat this technology, so please keep this in mind.

3. +R variant, which contains a resizer. It is the same as the regular pack in every other way.
It is recommended you use the resizer's delete function after adjustment to maintain peak efficiency.

4. Type 2 Beam Dispersers are not compatible with L3 PSS type weapons, and may not be compatible with
certain types of non-VelTec raycast-based weapons.

[Commands]
/9f - Toggle Defense Field On/Off. Must have at least 10 energy to activate.
/9ha - Hides Energy Display. Only available at 100 energy.

/9ft:sb1 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 1 Small Beam Disperser. Uses 1 energy/sec.
/9ft:sb2 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 2 Small Beam Disperser. Uses 1 energy/sec.
/9ft:lb1 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 1 Large Beam Disperser. Uses 3 energy/sec.
/9ft:lb2 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 2 Large Beam Disperser. Uses 3 energy/sec.
/9ft:re - Defense Field Modulation: Repulser. Uses 3 energy/sec.
/9ft:am - Defense Field Modulation: Ionic Anti-Missile. Uses 3 energy/sec.
/9ft:hr - Defense Field Modulation: Heavy Repulser. Greater area of effect then standard repulser. Uses 6 energy/sec.
/9ft:rb1 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 1 Repulser and Large Beam Disperser. Uses 6 energy/sec.
/9ft:rb2 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 2 Repulser and Large Beam Disperser. Uses 6 energy/sec.
/9ft:bm1 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 1 Ionic Anti-Missile and Large Beam Disperser. Uses 6 energy/sec.
/9ft:bm2 - Defense Field Modulation: Type 2 Ionic Anti-Missile and Large Beam Disperser. Uses 6 energy/sec.

used this somewhat and can say works well, if your a solo lone wolf this will aid you in battle fairly well and helps to turn the tide when these groups send like 3 people after you, and the degin of it fits fairly well over most of the jet packs i've used.
